2001, 6' x 3' x 3', pvc pipe, aluminum and plastic tape, plastic tubes and ties, electrical wire, caps, and plugs, stool, cd player, amp, speaker and mic.

A field recording can be heard inside of the helmet. I went to nieghborhood bars demanding compliments from strangers and recorded their responses. The participant can talk into the mouthpiece and those sounds are audible along with the field recording inside the earholes. Unbeknownst to the participant their sounds are also amplified into a speaker at the top of the helmet and through the barrel of the gun. The gun and helmet shake to the sounds.
